Five area courses sold to National Golf Properties Great Southwest Club among those bought
National Golf Properties Inc. (NGP) recently purchased 20 private country clubs, five in the Arlington-DFW area, from Golf Enterprises Inc. (GEI) for approximately $58 million in cash and stock.The local clubs purchased are Great Southwest Golf Club (Grand Prairie), Oakridge Country Club (Garland), Woodhaven Country Club (Fort Worth), El Dorado (McKinney) and Diamond Oaks Country Club (Fort Worth).
