One month after new managers took over the Tega Cay Golf Club, memberships have soared.Before November, when Double Eagle Golf Management began running the city-owned golf course, the club had about 25 annual memberships. As of Thursday, the club had 104 annual memberships, said Mel Phillips, head golf pro for the club. Managers hope to reach at least 200 memberships next year.
